How it works
Crewline hires customer service and sales staff for Teleperformance, Concentrix, Alorica, iQor, BuzzCX Global and other BPO companies. Those roles are always open, which means there is always someone to find.
You bring the people. We handle the client, the screening, the interviews and the paperwork. You are paid for every candidate of yours who is hired and stays through their first month of training.
Everyone works from home and sets their own hours. Only the salaried unit manager takes a monthly wage. Everyone else is paid on what they place, and nothing caps it.
The roles
Start where your experience fits. People move up as their numbers hold. The unit manager comes two ways: a salary with a small commission, or commission only at a much higher rate.
